Huella Chile’s main objective is to encourage public and private-sector companies to manage Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions in order to mitigate the country’s total GHG emissions.

This initiative from the Chilean Ministry of the Environment receives support and funding from the European Commission and the German and Australian governments. It recognizes participating organizations for a range of accomplishments from measuring their carbon footprint through the declaration of excellence.
